EA European Academy of Technology and Innovation Assessment GmbH
Science, technology and innovation change our societies rapidly. They open new courses of action and create opportunities but also introduce unknown risks and consequences. As an interdisciplinary research institute the EA European Academy of Technology and Innovation Assessment GmbH (Germany) analyses and reflects these developments.
Furthermore, different future scenarios can be developed, and competing strategies experimentally tested in our EA Lab before they are implemented to provide guidance and policy advice to decisionmakers.
The EA European Academy was established as a non-profit corporation in 1996 by the Federal German state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

New design: The website of the EA European Academy
The design of the new EA brand is now visible on the EA website as well. It reflects the modular design of the new EA brand (see, for example, the logo slideshow on the very top of the website). The new concept of the EA European Academy and its new look were presented to more than 100 members of the scientific community and various stakeholders on 1 October 2014 at the premises of the EA.
