Volume 24 "Bioethics in a Small World" has been published

Volume 24 of the series “Wissenschaftsethik und Technikfolgenbeurteilung” of the Europäische Akadmie has been published recently. The volume is based on a conference, organised by the Europäische Akademie which focused on bioethical problems of globalisation, whereby methodological questions as well as practical problems were discussed. Scientists from the fields of medicine, law, and philosophy discussed about the question if globalisation draw us closer together, or drive us further apart, from a moral point of view?
