Dr. Bert Droste-Franke, head of our department energy and coordinator of InnoSEn, was speaker at the workshop „Towards a Consumer Driven Energy-System – Understanding Human Behaviour“ at DTU in Lyngby. Dr. Droste-Franke addressed the subject of multi-perspective system analyses for robust energy decision support. The workshop, held from October 12 to 13, was under the auspices of the Experts' Group on Research and Development, Priority Setting and Evaluation (EGRD) of the Committee on Energy Research and Technology of the International Energy Agency (IEA).
The EGRD examines analytical approaches to energy technologies, policies, and R&D on targeted, timely topics. The results and recommendations support the Committee on Energy Research and Technology (CERT), feed into IEA analysis, and enable a broad perspective of energy technology issues.
